What size am I?

Our sizes are based on standard Australian sizing. Please visit our Size Guide page for more information. 

 

Where is my order?

We aim to have all Australian orders shipped the same day if placed before 4pm (AEST). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email detailing your shipping information and tracking number for your parcel. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information. 

 

I didn't receive an order/shipping confirmation email.

Make sure you check your junk/spam folder in case your confirmation has been sent there. If you're still unable to find your confirmation email, send us an email at antibes.store@gmail.com and we will send you a confirmation. 

 

Can I return an item?

Of course. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for all details on how to return your item. 

 

I received a faulty/incorrect item. What do I do?

We are so sorry about this! Please email antibes.store@gmail.com and provide us with your order number and a brief description on the issue with the item so that we can resolve this for you.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait until you receive your item and then request a return. For more information please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

 

Can I pay using afterpay?

Yes, you can checkout using afterpay if you are located in Australia and have an afterpay account.
