- Items must be received in their original condition - unworn with the tags still attached.
- Please note, our team inspect each garment before sending them to you, to ensure they are in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse your return application if we suspect the item will be returned in any condition other than how it was sent.
- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost of their item if returning, exchanging or requesting a refund.

- We cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange. In this case, a store credit or refund will be issued.
- Store credits are issued in the form of a gift card, and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
